Mission:
The Commercial Back Office Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of the client portfolio, improving efficiency in commercial processes and supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights. This role will progressively take on the leadership of the Back Office department.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Client Portfolio Management – Oversee and manage the portfolio of acquired and assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
•    Process Optimization & Automation – Drive continuous efficiency improvements through the optimization and/ or automation of commercial processes and systems.
•    Data Analysis & Support – Provide data analysis and insights to assist the Commercial Director and team in preparing offers, presentations and strategic improvements.
•    Department Leadership – In due course, assume full responsibility for the daily management and leadership of the Back Office department.

Experience & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce or any related field (Masters preferred)
•    5+ years of experience in commercial back office, sales support or a similar function.
•    Experience in fruits & vegetables is a plus; experience in berries is preferred.
•    Language: English and Spanish fluent.
•    Proven track record in process optimization and team leadership.
•    Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data analysis tools: Python, Tableau or Power BI.
