Misión

The Sales Effectiveness & Analytics Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of the client portfolio, improving efficiency in commercial processes, and supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights. This role will progressively take on the leadership of the Back Office department.

Responsabilidades del trabajo - Especificas

  1. Client Portfolio Management – Oversee and manage the portfolio of acquired and assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  2. Process Optimization & Automation – Drive continuous efficiency improvements through the optimization and/or automation of commercial processes and systems.
  3. Data Analysis & Support – Provide data analysis and insights to assist the Commercial Director and team in preparing offers, presentations, and strategic improvements.
  4. Department Leadership – In due course, assume full responsibility for the daily management and leadership of the Back Office department.

Requisito Idioma

Español - Avanzado
Inglés - Básico

Requisito Software / Herramientas / Maquinarias

Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems(Sales force preferred), and data analysis tools: Python, Tableau or Power BI.

Requisito Formación Académica

Licenciatura / Pregrado
Maestría

Requisito Formación Académica Complementaria

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Requisito Certificaciones (ej: PMP, SAP, SIGMA)

Requisito Experiencia

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial back office, sales support, or a similar function.
  • Experience in fruits & vegetables a plus, experience in berries is preferred .
